We stayed at the beautiful resort, Hotel del Coronado. You have to take a bridge over from San Diego to get there. It was built in the 1800s. When we walked into the lobby, Mike said, "I feel like I'm on the Titanic". It has intricately carved, dark wood, ornate carpet and chandeliers. We stayed in the main hotel and it kind of has a "haunted house" feel to it, but it has been modernized and kept up very nicely. The hotel is right along the beach and there are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

How fun! We were there in San Diego that same weekend and drove past that hotel...it looked to neat! How fun to be able to stay there! Well, I just saw your link on Amber's site and thought I would just say HI! You guys are the cutest little family!
