The Sunday after Christmas, I got the stomach flu. After throwing up all day, I decided to take a bath, then got into the shower to wash my hair. When I was in the shower, I passed out, fell and split my head open. The wound was open to my skull. An ambulance came and took me to the er. The doctor did three layers of stitches. On the top layer, there were 17 stitches! The next couple of days after my eyes got more swollen and kind of greenish/yellowish (bruising I think). Now I am 2 weeks out and recovering pretty well.

Erin, you poor thing! Yikes! I have passed out in the shower too (after I had Eliza) and it was scary, but not stitches scary! I'm glad you are recovering well now--sounds like you need some extra rest and relaxation. Hey, I posted about a downtown restaurant that me and my bro went to and I immediately thought of you, it's called Eva. Treat yourself! You deserve it after all that craziness.
Oh Erin! Wowsers! That is quite the story. My head hurts now...I am glad you are doing better. Man, what a girl won't go thru just to get a bath and shower eh? JK. Now go have yourself a big melty chocolate truffle to relax, you deserve it!
You are going to look SO HARD CORE! You should re-vamp your look with leather and rub on tattoos!
Glad to hear you are feeling better, though! You poor thing!

Oh Erin! That is so scary, and must be miserable. It looks like you are healing well though! Let me know if you need anything. You are still beautiful with stitches! Not fair. Get better soon!
We love ya!

I'm just so glad that Mike was home when it happened. What a scary experience. I hope that things will start settling down for you during this new year.
oh my! My daughter had an accident that left more stitches than I could count on her face and now years later (and a touch up from a surgeon) you'd barely notice it. You are gorgeous, no one will ever notice.
